Capcom released recently the finalized box art for Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. Sporting a nice suit, Frank West comes back to the action to take on the events in Fortune City. GameStop is currently offering a pre-order reward called the "Cosplay Warrior Skill" pack that grants Frank better PP regeneration as well as increased skill ratings with the Practice Sword & Shield, all while donning a cardboard armored suit.
Though this release will be told through the eyes of Frank West, Chuck Greene fans need not worry too much, for his return will be in the form of Player 2 in the drop in/drop out co-op. Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is currently scheduled to be released on October 11, 2011 for $39.99.
